Date: Sunday October 26, 2025 Arrival Time: 12:00PM (Game time is 1PM) Location: Main Lobby at TGRC at sign making table Here’s what’s in store for your players: Sign-Making Station - Sponsored by Tony Graham, players can create their own cheer signs. (12:00-12:30pm) Working with U15AA- We will have tables with Orange items available for donations, as well as some other plans to raise some money for Light the night (details to be confirmed) (12:30-12:50) On-Ice Experience - Two lucky players will join the warmup skate and carry flags. You can do a draw or determine how you would like to select 2 players. These 2 players will need full equipment. (12:40pm - 2 players get ready in their gear to join the team at 12:50) Entrance High-Fives - Players will line up at the entrance to cheer on the team as they hit the ice. (12:50pm wait outside dressing room entrance to Ice) Game Time - Watch the game, wave your signs, and cheer loud! (work with U15AA to sell 50/50) Also will do chuck the puck 2nd intermission. Post-Game Meet & Greet and Post Game Speech in Dressing Room - Photos and autographs with the players. This game will be our Light the rink orange in memory of Julia Miller game, and we strongly encourage everyone to support anything orange! We will have some orange ribbons, and orange sign making supplies. We will be partnering with U15AA to have some tables (possibly bake sale and have Orange items for donations, chuck the puck and or 50/50 tickets - details on this to be confirmed) all proceeds will be going to Light the Night, which our team is participating in on Saturday October 25. We have lined up a representative from Light the Night organization that will be at the game, and promoting the charity event. A ceremonial puck drop with the Miller family has been confirmed as well.
