Dear Parents,
We’ve booked the girls in for a team workout at Framework - The Lagree Method, a full-body, low-impact workout that delivers results safely and mindfully.
Lagree combines slow, controlled movements that engage multiple muscle groups at once. The workout focuses on strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility — all while keeping muscles activated for extended periods of time.

Time: 3:15pm
Location: Framework - The Lagree Method, 1261 Main Street N, Unit 2, Stittsville
Please have the girls wear comfortable clothing they can easily move in (similar to gym or yoga wear). Grip socks are mandatory, and they should also bring a water bottle and a small towel (optional).
It’ll be a fun and empowering session for the team!
